The brain is working, growing, making connections. We’re only aware of one or a few things at a time. Even when we think we are focusing on one thing, working, cultivating, studying to grow in one area, it is more like we are aware of that one aspect at that moment but our brain keeps chugging along doing what is doing anyway, making connections. Ultimately the mind and body are one: two sides of the same coin. Our entire being is evolving: experiencing, discovering, experimenting, learning; in order to create and contribute to the evolution and manifestation of this universe.

and then just do it…and notice…notice how that feels…

…do nothing…except for the things that bring you Joy…and notice…

  • healing – let’s face it the body takes care of itself for the most part with or without intervention; even when surgery is necessary the procedure is but one critical aspect and the body does and must do the rest…let it
  • creativity – ask an artist where their most “inspired” ideas come from…
  • problem solving – notice the truly “inspired” solutions…

I leave you with one last thought: ever noticed when you get your most inspired ideas? Come up with solutions to vexing problems? Mine often come to me in the middle of the night; sometimes in a dream or as I’m transitioning from sleep to wakefulness early in the morning. I have noticed that from a very young age. I am only just beginning to tap into that wellspring of ideas…putting them into Action or giving them away when I’m solving a conundrum for someone else or setting something in motion.
